Will Aleks ever stop abuse?

Norrby you should have done what I suggested to everyone. Keep your evidence until you have enough to request a ban. Doing this is more likely to get action taken against a player compared to making a topic for discussion, and we have done very much of that recently. An accepted ban request moves the player up one stage on the strike list closer to a perm ban (strike 3) which us members/admins use and it's an effective system.

Koyumu the player aleks has been warned many times including having his VIP removed at one stage.

Having these powers does not make a player above the rules, and if they break them they can still get banned. The strike list applies to everyone, and you should take care of your actions because a perm ban for VIP is still possible and purchasing it before possibly getting a permanent ban would mean you have wasted your money (breaking our terms means you don't get a refund, apart from certain cases). For most VIP's this is not a problem since it's also bought to support the server so is used responsibly.

Aleks you are currently strike one (You got that for making threats, harassment and general bad language), but with each ban request that is accepted, you are likely to get moved up. A strike 3 is a perm ban so now you should want to be careful what you say and what you decide to do with your powers, there has been more then enough discussion for you to understand this now.

Everyone if you have any further problems with each other contact them in private to try and resolve your issues please.

tbh , I didn't understand anything from what aleks said.

And gamer , Aleks isn't breaking rules (yet!!) , it's not in the rules that he can't use no-clip , can't change map , etc.. etc..

It's just very annoying and i think everyone wants the VIP rules fixed !

As I have said in another similar thread, the VIP rules are hopeful work in progress - something for work to still be done on by members/admins and then added to the zombie rules topic. Rules he was breaking were flaming and harassment which he got banned for, also kicked without good enough reason is abuse and these are the main rule breaking's I was implying.

I think we're all done here on this topic now.

Using his powesr like kicking/slaying/banning for no reason is indeed abuse.
But when it comes to noclip i treat it as zombie madness tbh.
When you use zombie madness you cant be stopped by bullets. same goes for noclip. Well almost - you can still get killed while using noclip :>

but if you are (for example) in the vent from fun world.. they can go under you , kill you and then go to the yellow box , kill everyone , etc etc..

Dazo we're at a stage now where we have tried our best to help Aleks change the error of his ways but this guy just does not learn, what you said does not sound like a bad idea, I will be speaking to you about that.

Mackey that picture was funny at first but maybe you shouldn't be posting it everywhere because once the joke wears off, it might be seen as spam.

Wasyl I agree partly with you abuot no-clip and you can still be killed, but the way Aleks uses it is simply terrible, if you are reading this and not clear about why this player is making people report abuse; just check out some other complaints to find out more about the situation, their not hard to find - dazo posted some above.

To be honest with you im a little bit shocked right now since aleks is very kind when i play with him. But now when i see the evidence i probably think that hes nice to me because because im a member so when we are not around maybe hes acting very bad. So i will have a closer look on you aleks.

I got a concern again now.. Yesterday I got banned by Auch, by what I guess was a mistake.

I now got banned by Aleks which declared me as a wallhacker. I am good at strafing and bhopping and are not using scripts. I do search everywhere and I know how to play properly as a zombie and as a human, both by avoiding infection bombs and several other cases by not dieing. I got kicked by Aleks today by the meaning of using wallhack. I had 70+ kills and 1 death.

Here is a screenshot, and I'd like to see your statement in this case aswell Aleks as you are not having control of what you are doing.



EDIT: I said it was a kick. I was wrong, it was a ban on 1800 minutes. (which I hope is a tooltip bug again) I've heard that they need to record demos against me, but what I've heard from baku, is that no one has recorded any demo against me.

Explain yourself right now or I will take your VIP away. I've had enough of this shit!

Next time he wrongfully bans someone, try to give your steam ID to an admin so he/she can unban you.

Post this in the unban section, even though your ban is up just say your sorry but really have to report this because you were wrongly banned. Auch should have reported that ban, since the system we use is to keep track of every single one. As for Aleks, VIP's currently do not need to report bans however you can still report it with your other ban if you are unhappy about it. I hope this has actually helped with your problems.

Regarding for when I got banned. I was sitting in the "cave" the dark place on that map. I dunno what it's called, but you can go loong into it and it's very dark.
I was shooting zombies through the wall because I saw them hiding there. Is wallbanging not alowed?

I got a conversation with Aleks here now, and informed him that I would like him to prove anything regards of what cheats I am using. Any evidence is possible, and I am looking forward to it.

Aimbot, for what it's worth I unbanned you, but I think your ban expired long ago.

I read your conversation with him. It's basically like he accuses you of wallhack, without any proper proof and he refuses to go to the forum with this.
