vc_* Maps Empty vc_* Maps

Hello,
I wondered how you run the vc_* Maps like vc__jail1_final. That maps are oringinally made by vmancentral.com, and have a protection which disallows to play them lokally. How do neonDragon run that maps?

The guy who created the maps messed them up on purpose, to make them unable to play on.
Then he created a special script in amxx which fixes the maps and make them work normally again.
So the fact that neonDragon can run the maps, obviously means that they have obtained the script required to run them from vmancentral, or they have recreated the script themselves.

I think they use:
- Entity Remover
- Spawn Editor.

But the map itself wasn't changed, if I run the vc_* Maps hosted on neonDragon locally, I also get wrong spawnpoints, so I didn't think Spawn Editor was used on the map itself? Or can Spawn Editor change something on the server-side but on the client it stays wrong?

Hmm, maybe I will ask Koyumu later.
