would be awsome with a normal FFA server..
but the problem is the latency, FFA with 80-100 latency = Fail..
so if we want a FFA server it should be hosted by some Server Host's..
I tho still want to see a Speedrun server with Surf maps..
Dosnt require much from the server, and the mod itself dosnt require too much from the single person like all the others.

Why is it always zombie, predators and all that blood gore stuff. Do something fun like mario kart, or basketball mod or w/e

there are already a few servers on cs 1.6 that have this mod, and it is VERY fun.For every 5 damage you do you get 1% up your way to level up.When you level up you get 5 credits. Many people have high hp ( 350 is most) and are VERY hard to kill, so u dont get any xp from kills, only damage.You can Pick upgrades (cheap ones, 10 credits for lvl 1, 15 for lvl 2) like frost pistol, frost knife and your knife and pistol slow people down, and to the VERY pricey phoenix (keep weapons upon death,lvl 1 100 credits, effect only works sometimes,level 2, 1000 credits, ALWAYS works.)i think this mod is very nice and will bring in a lot of new players.Faatzor wrote:This is something that i found, maby some people like it other not.

I saw this on the internet, and since we can make slidersrace from CS:S also in CS 1.6 why not other MODS, altho i dont know if its possiable ofc o.O
CSS:RPG Mod is a role playing (level-based) server-side plugin for Counter-Strike: Source. It is not just another WC3/Superhero mod. It's based off the UT2K4RPG Mod for Unreal Tournament 2004.
"As you kill your opponents, you gain Experience. Eventually when you have reached your experience quota, you gain a new Level. This means you can buy Upgrades which give you an advantage over your opponent.
CSS:RPG Mod allows you to buy the Upgrades you want or Sell them for different Upgrades. Each Upgrade has a higher Level. So for example, Regeneration Level 2 will give you two health points every second as opposed to one health point every second for Regeneration Level 1. All player data is saved into a SQLite Database so there is no need to setup any type of Remote Database. cstrike is a shooter, that means you shoot each other? if you want to play mario kart go play mario kart?

you might change the predator to a human? an randomly chosen human. if he gets picked he stays human but he can kill other players. but they cant kill him untilll...
he kills another player, then he will become vulnerebel for a amount of time, the map wil be dark with around the 5sec lightning shifts witch lights up the entire map. Also evry one gets randomly spawned.
also the "predator" will have the ability to become fully invisble for 20sec but while that he cant stab (stab=instant death) or loose healt. that ability he can only use once (or more, depends on the balance) and his amount of healt will be calculated on how much players are playing on the mod.
while the game u wont be able to see any player names, to keep it fair, and all the skins will be the same
and the other players will carry a gun, and the "predator" will carry a knife but that looks like a gun to other players
say when you like it or not, if you dont, say so and tell what needs 2 be changed
people this is just a idea, try to improve it!

he has every right to bump this thread.the thread is more than 2 weeks since its last post,so he could just type bump,and his post was 100% valid.he had an idea for something and found a topic about it so brought it back up
this is an exelent idea. its a big change from predator mod,and you need to be sneaky.i would love this to happen,but i think it would be hard

Yes indeed, it would be hard to create and play but aint evry mod hard to create/play? For the maps u can use dark zombie maps(maybe some new to make sure people dont get bored) and add things to them witch make it more intresting (like the lightning shifts)
and some things need 2 be added like: the predator gets an amout of time to kill a player within time or he gets slain, if he kills more players he will gain more time (but how longer he waits, how harder it wil get becouse evry one will try to form a group so he will have to attack bigger groups) and by that u can add a ranking system.
I don't know if it's possible to prevent players from using flashlight? but that would be great also so you can't see very good who's the predator if he attacks some one near you and by adding that i think the predator will beable to take down groups or like only let the predator use his radar to see where his enemys are.
post some ideas to improove or balance the game and if things are possible like the flashlight and the radar.
