Ping/Lagg problem!

Hello,

I've had this problem since my pc crashed and every file was removed etc and then 'Windows Vista' was like when you bought the pc. Now I'm having problems, if you look at my ping when I'm not in a server it's like 30/40, but in-game it's very high. Take a look at the screenshots so it's more clear.

I really don't have a clue why I'm lagging so much, never happend before... If anyone knows how to fix this, please help me.

1.. find all missing drivers for your pc...
2.. settings in cs
open consol and type
fps_max 101
cl_updaterate 101
cl_cmdrate 101
rate 25000

conex beat me to it

main thing you should check is your rates
make sure rate is on 25000

My rate was 2500 somehow, I've set it to 25000 and it worked, thanks guys!

But still your ping fails hard spx

And so i dont spam, Try type stuff in console even though you fixed xD
