new music for wins

with that endroundsound plugin on the server I thought about bringing some of my songs into the game by replacing the given wavs with some of mine.

well the result is cts get hiphop/rnb/reggae music and ts get arabic dance songs. lets you better distinguish who has just won the former round imo

install: put the folder "endroundsound" in "...\Steam\SteamApps\YOURACCNAME\counter-strike\cstrike\sound"
