True, what the nicotine does in the brain is 'sleep' the neurons and that's why you feel 'relaxing', because the nerve impulses move slower.

im actually not kidding when i inform you guys with me stopping smoking today.. ;D so lets see how long it last.. hopefully 4 ever.. ! i was just in the over at the supermarket getting me some.. candy to help me.. ;D becuz when i get the felling that i wanna smoke ill just put some candy in the mouth ;D haha .. i really respect people who stopped smoking cuz its so hard.. ;D and i have only been a no smoker for 2 hours.. ^.^ i took my last smoke while walking to the supermarket.. ! wish me good luck !

true, but it also depends on the person, some get hyber and cant stand stil, and craszy as you said. but the bestest thing is not start at all. and to ppl who wanna stop after they have been smoked over an half year, just an advise KEEP Distance from orthers smokers the first week, becouse if i can smell the smoke and nicotine, you wanna smoke and that for sure.. as necro said. i dont wanna start a flame war, so this gonna be my last topic in here

has been a smoker since i was 12 years old and did start smoke weed evry day when i was 15 to i was 16 and. just stoppede smoked besouse i start trianing and has never been more happy abort am not a smoker anymore

It's still weak because of a really simple reason. You can't have an urge for that feeling if you have never felt it before. To feel it, you have to smoke and by doing so you'll feel the urge to have that feeling again. If you never smoke, the problem is solved...

Well, to be fair to some smokers, some might start smoking 'cause of one other reason.
If a person who was close to you died in any way, and you couldn't handle it that well, then many persons would try smoking or drinking to find a quick and short solution. Some other dramatic thing could also happen which is very hard to handle.

But, you only live once and you will die anyways, so why not enjoy it as much as you can? Smoking has a very smoothing and calming feeling, which probably is the main reason why I have a hard time quitting.

There's not many things that beat smoking in a quick relaxing way, or atleast I don't know any other way. But if you know anything else, please share it, might help some to quit smoking.

People(even I had it) smoke it with half of the joint filled with tobacco. If you do that (in my experience) you don't get the full effect.
So you won't really have that relaxing feeling. I even got dizzy when I did that.

And also smoke it when you are with couple people and in an open room/place. If you are in your room or something the effect of the weed will be all slow. You'll act slow etc.

This is all my experience.
And these are just tips if you áre going to smoke weed. I don't recommend it though. 1 is harmless though, but if you do alot then it could be.

I actually smoke crack i just say weed because that's what most people smoke but weed is shyt around portugal anyways.
