clarification about this issue:

So here are the situations: A ct takes a guess at killing a terrorist, and turns out that the t had a gun, is this concidered a freekill yes or no? A ct knows a t has a gun but has no clear proofs about it. for example theres only 2 ts left and all the sudden the tmp was gone and you're the only ct left and you just know he picked it up. Can you only kill a t with a non-visable gun when you've actually seen him pick it up?

u cant kill a t without gun.. if u didnt see him pick it up u cant kill him, because he could have dropped it again...

Kami is correct. You can't guess if a terrorist has a weapon or not, you have to see him carrying a weapon or picking it up.

Hm, the other day i was the last ct left, there was a m4 infront of the door halfway inside the gunroom halfway in the hallway,
Someone picked it up so in my reaction i shot.
Turns out i shot the wrong guy BUT that guy did had a Tmp.
Although i didnt know he had that weapon he still had it.
Is it considered a freekill then?

Yes, it's still a freekill (although it's an accidental one).

This is thesame case as:
-not being allowed to kill a T in the first round for having kills on the scoreboard
-not being allowed to kill a T that cheated on last request when you didn't see it, and it got ghosted
-not being allowed to kill a T as a result of ghosting in general

It doesn't matter if you know if the T did somethign that's worth a kill or not, you cannot do anything about it unless you have seen it with your own eyes, so either the T picking up the weapon, or the T holding the weapon on his back/in his hands.

Same happens in jail_czone. When I am in the cell that has a weak wall which you can break with the knife and get the Mac10 the CTs use to kill me inside the cell because I am hiding the Mac10 and they no matter if they haven't seen me picking it up, they don't care because they say "You had the Mac10" -_-
What people don't know is that it's considered as freekill.

The only time i would kill them without seeing them pick up the gun is:
If for example were play czone and 2 terrorists get on the roof and 1 gets MAC 10 and they both go in cafeteria but they dont have that gun selected, I would then say to drop it if they dont i then give them 1 last chance and i pretend to miss a shot at head and they will either try shoot us or drop it.

If they are in the cafeteria yes, but you cannot kill me if the Mac10 disappeared and I am the only guy in that cell... it's freekill in my eyes
