simon says?

I have a little problem with simon says!! Is it possible to start a new simon when the other simon is Dead?? Shocked

many people and members yesterday says NO. But i think its allowed to start a new simon when the other simon is dead, right? confused

If the current commander dies with simon says, the simon says is over.
but other people can start simon again and say simon says im simon.
but if the current commander says simon says simon says is over he cannot start it again. then the simon says can only be started by another ct

If i say simon says im simon then i die another player can start simon again.
BUT If i say
Simon says simon says is over.
NO ONE can start it again.
