Simon says im simon makes no sense because you didn't start it yet so you could say im simon as well, because you say simon says before im simon while simon says isn't started yet...

You are correct, and I already mentioned that long ago somewhere, that it also should be a valid way to start simon says with just announcing it.

Of course, simon says has to be ended correctly then with the prefix though.

Its both allowed?

Yep, I always announce it when we're going to play Simon says.

Pleas just do it with Simon says im simon, This is currently known as the way to start it and i dont see why you have to be so difficuly and do it otherwise.

Will only cause confusion whining people and useless shit.

Just take the 2 seconds to say the line.

Yes. It's just logical that announcing is enough, since the game with its rules starts afterwards then. Simon says is simon remains valid of course, since it's an accepted and known way to start the game.
