Last/First reaction

Okay when people start last reaction,
They say:

Last reaction means the one that does my command last will die.
and we are going to combine it with first reaction which means the opposite.

Shouldn't the first one to jump live then?

Seeing that last is the one who does it last 'dies'
opposite of that is first one to jump 'lives'?

I know that they mean the first one to jump dies, but still it doesnt make sense..
Just wonderd if you still could say the opposite of last..

i will try to stop the commanders doing this wrong command.

Some commanders are just too lazy to also explain First reaction.
And i'm one of them xD

You need to explain the exact meaning: "First reaction is when you do my command the first, you die". Everyone who command a first reaction needs to say it like that and NOT "first reaction is the opposite".

Short version: "In last reaction, last one who does my command dies, in first reaction, the first one does."

another thing people say is "last reaction means the one who does my last command dies. EVERYONE DIES!" although its not much of a problem if everyone understands it,it just annoys me.
i dont usally combine first and last reaction,because i only do last reaction to end days quickly,or to kill some stray t's.their no point in making it any more confusing because it will only make the last reaction take longer.

Well while we're at it, the description of the saw game is more than poor as well: "First one who writes the word down correctly can pick a number, and that number dies"...

A number dies, really? Normally, always a terrorist do.

I rather would propose something like "All terrorists are numbered from one to x. First one who spells my word correctly wins and can pick one of those numbers, which leads into the death of the according T"
