[Declined] Swarley report

In game nick : Swarley
IP : in screenshot.
Offence: abusive behaviour.

OK.... I'm not sure whether this is sufficient for a report but someone and swarley were arguing. They were calling each other
< censored > and saying how they will batter each other, and it was VERRRRRY annoying..I tried to stop it but got a hand full of abuse myself. I don't have a screen shot of this but the screen shot I have It is swarley threatening someone who was involved barley.

I know the screen shot isn't very informational, but its the best i could come up with. I don't know if much will be done about this but I feel sorry for the victim in the screenshot, and wanted to at least report it. Thank you for your time.

my opinion..

He's just making an (empty) threat as for all i can see. This is definetly not worth a strike or any other punishment as long as there is no proof of actual freekilling.

Aslong as he doesnt do it there is no harm.

A ct gunfeeds - specced him rly good, so next round I shot him once, as 'dont do it again'
he shoots me with deagle to 5hp (3-4bullets)
So i kill him.
Next round, he kills me.
And I sayd that i'd kill him.
Did i kill him? No then stop making up reports so u can get Nd* Jail member menu.

IMO just dont talk at all, IF someone arguing, and your not the one whos arguing, dont make a report.
