Facts noticed :
He attackd me, I attackd him, he attackd me again, I attackd him, he attackd me, I killed him.
Then he said: Next round imma kill you

Actually u can't even see that he started or if u both have been CT in general because it just shows that he killed u with a headshot from m4 and not teamattacking-messages, maybe it was just a normal kill and u report him with a screenshot from that, no one can know it at the moment.
And 1 teamkill is probably only worth a warning or maximum a slay, not a kick, ban or a strike like u're requesting one. And when he said "Next round imma kill you" you should have taken screenshots from that also because everything gets saved in console, that just confirms my presumption that u just don't like him and report him for nothing or a thing which isn't even worth a kick.
Also when this: "He attackd me, I attackd him, he attackd me again, I attackd him, he attackd me, I killed him." really happened, I just can't believe that there wouldn't be any teamattacking-messages in front of the basic kill like "swarley teamattacked Didelidodeli" because it probably happened quite fast when u explain it like this and each of you just shot back...

Then swarley says in mic he attacked him accidentally and he will give revenge by killing him next round.

Next round swarley teamkills didelidodeli.

Next round again i slayed them both for teamkilling.

Just dont teamkill at all guys... And dont teamattack on purpose as well.
