The sound in skype is lagging, need help!

Okey i downloaded skype again after i uninstalled it a long time ago due to this lag i had back then and now i have got it again :S

Well yeah i downloaded it and was talking with my hibari and kempa(and smile ) in like 5 hours, when i woke up today i talked with hibari again in 4 hours and after these 4 hours the sound started to lag. I relogged but it didnt work, i also shuted down everything i was running but it didnt work either.

So now im here and want to slove this problem as i really want to talk in skype :S!

So if some1 know how to slove the problem feel free to reply.

Btw this is a screenshot of my system and Cpu.


Notice: when i talked in skype yesterday my cpu was around 10-40% i also played counter-strike durning this..

Wauw u are running Windows XP in Service Pack 2?
Try to update it to Service Pack 3? o.o
