Facts Noticed:
Using powers to get weps as T...

Ok Thats true, but if people can use no clip to hang around why I can't use M4??...
And when I buy vip it appears a post with the VIP commands, and there is Full Kit(...) nothing more!!, no rules about that omfg!!!

Emziek you are really abusive on the reports... ANYTHING BAD that happens in game you come and report it i mean just like hibari damn. I used once No clip in jail break d4z0 warned me but i didn't even use it to kill anybody i was at the bhop place. Then he said it's ok it's not like everything you do HAS a punishment as LONG it is not intended to break the rules and abuse them.

But use your head dammit, doesn't common sense tell you that giving yourself a weapon as T will F up the whole game?!
Using VIP menu to give yourself (or others) weapons as T is not allowed.

YES. But come with a report like this will be no help. Emziek sould talk with N!ke in game and tell him that's not allowed even if he's not a member. If N!ke does keep doing that after he talk to him THEN yes a report i'm sorry but this isn't comon sence this is abuse.

I warned him the first time he did this. and he keep continued to do this shit.
Do not tell me i dont warn guys.
I do, and most times i do it, they anserw me with "I don't give a shit, yournt member/admin"
Sometimes i dont get any response.
But 50% of the times some1 abuses/breaking rules, Im warning them.

And im not like hibari at all.
He is just my friend.

Im sorry but unless you don't show me a diferent screenie of him doing exactly the same thing i won't bealive it.

Ofcourse the person should first be told in-game that it's not allowed, but a bit of common sense wouldn't hurt either.
And if the VIP is unsure if he can do something, ask someone. Don't just assume (see my signature!)

N!ke, it you read this, consider this a warning not to use too much VIP powers when you are T in JailBreak. If you use a power from your VIP menu to give yourself an unfair advantage, you risk getting slain (at minimum).
