[LOCKED] Banned by a VIP abuser

Good night.
I want to place here my indignation regarding VIP abusers.
We have seen them abuse they powers, making votemaps with the map they want to play, making votekick or voteban for players who react to their abuse. Tonight i got banned by j3rom3 (STEAM_0:1:8514124), the same guy who posted here some complains about member abuse by Nino..
In zombie server 2 we were playing fun_world2 for hours tonight, i was getting sick of it and after every votemap i asked to vote for a diferent map, normal behavior in zm svrs, and started a conversation about it with another player who had different views than my own. after players voted other map, server crashed and restarted with dust2_final. The player i was talking with about getting tired of the map didnt liked d2 final, and j3rom3 start putting votemap for fun world 1 and 2 and flaming at me. J3rom3 insulted me inumerous times and i react the same way, insulting him aswell, until i got votebanned. I think ppl often abuse their VIP privledges and members might not do anything about it because they pay for they privledges, but when they start to try and dictate their own rules like an african country dictator, you should do something about it.And this ban is not normal...see:

I admit i didnt behave properly but neither do VIP J3rom3, so i take my punishment, i do not ask to be unbanned, i just ask the same criteria used against J3rom3.

here ppl asked for maps and like rules says, VIP have to make a votemap with maps ppl want to play (we were playing fun world 2 for hours before d2 final) and what does J3rom3 does? Makes a votemap only for Fun world maps.

So, if you taked your time to read this, and i think you have the means to see that i didnt changed a word there, you can now see that i abused, but j3rom3's behavior is not proper behavior, instead of calming things down, he makes fun of a situation that could be avoid...

4. No abuse of the VIP menu.

Types of abuse : The first incident is a warning! Next time we will take higher measures!

- Kicking/Banning people for personal reasons is not allowed. [will result in a removal of your VIP]
- Voting a map for your own pleasure is not allowed. [will result in a removal of your VIP]
- Full kit as a zombie is not allowed. (For a infection bomb) [will result in a removal of your VIP]

Let me just add that i play zm in nD servers for a long time and i never got banned or kicked, i never had a problem like this in nD svrs. I think some of the members and VIPs can vouch for me.

I am sorry but i was reading some of J3rom3's topics and posts...How obnoxious can you be? lol
nD staff you really need to chose better who can get VIP privledges, because some people, even paying for it, dont deserve it...

After seeing the other topic('s) about him im pretty sure he will get full or atleast temp removal of his ViP powers.

Other than that, this particular kid, j3rom3, i think he has an agenda against ppl who play better than him, so he starts those frivolous little wars to get ppl banned. (I'm not saying that i'm better player or person than anyone else...)
