Hi all

I have paid for my vip access and have been enjoying the ND servers until tonight when I was kicked and then banned by the ND member NINO what an abuser of power



This all started because Nino asked me to kick a member who was spectating and I said NO you do it . then for this I was accused of Spam (wtf) and then kicked and then when I came back and started a vote kick for nino as he was abusing me and not just that other members befor he turned on me , he then banned me .


Id like to be unbanned and Nino dealt with as im not the only member who has been abused by him ,

I know its only a temp ban but its more the abuse and more I read in here and in mirc I see im not the only one to complain about nino abusing .

Nino your not making sense I still dont know what spamming I did to cause you to kick me at the start of all this only reason I can think of is because I didnt do your bidding .

In any case I do not think I abuse my powers.

From scrapers log i see that there were other members on server, maybe they can confirm if he spammed because he could spam on mic and it wont be seen in logs

I was on the server with Linux though I believe we joined right into it, or after he had spammed.
I asked Nino to add me and so he did it took him a while. Then he banned someone. ( I wanted to ask him what you mean by spamming , because I couldn't hear any spam at all.)

I am not sure if he continued spamming or something but I didn't hear anything or see anything in the chat that qualified him as a spammer.

Pls dont start the flame war that is coming! Like you see i was in the server, when i was there it seemed like a little strange thing that the VIP tried to kick a member for abuse, it got a no on the vote, but i think he would votekick him again. If nino kicked the wrong guy or something or he did the right thing the VIP shouldnt try to kick him, but rather speak with him. If he dont listen then ask some members to talk with him, the ban was maybe overreacting, but i think the VIP would try it again :S

Linux like you said you came in at the end of it really, plus if you read then you will see I asked how I was spamming and even J3rome did but again just got told spam I kick . then he did ,

The reason I vote kicked because he abused me and was doing to other members earlier on before he started on me ,

Im sorry, but as you said me and Fivz came at the end, the atmosphere was a intense so it seemed like it there! Im sorry if i insulted you or something like that, if you say that you wouldnt vote kick again i trust you!

No problem Just feels like ND members stick together and as I say I didnt want this to happen I kept asking what i was doing wrong to be called a spammer , didnt expect to be kicked then banned for 4 hours ,
