Idea for CS jail

Maybe it would be a good idea to input a Latency system that involves warning people for a certain amount of times for high latency cause on the Jail server ive seen several people with latency over 300 and that drag down the servers ping in total and its anoying when they are CT you cant get a proper kill cause they lag that much.
Just a suggestion hopefully people will notice it.

A few days ago a player joined and everyone had beautiful pings then he joined and every1 got over 100

Yes its simply because of 1 person everyone have can start lagging and its anoying really, And for those people like Alles ist die sekte who just said " he was downloading porno" and dragged 5 players latency up Then its just selfish and bad for those 5 players who are getting bugged with the Latency

The servers can have some lagg spikes, whitch makes us have 1000-10000 latency.. so this would't be the best idea.

Indeed as vdou says the server itself sometimes has its laggy times shooting up to 1000-4000 meaning that everyone would get kicked then.

Also, High pings from other players do not always affect others, i have 400+ ping in the evenings and noone else is ever affected by that

the part I put in | isnt included in this text, well anyways.
but what happens if everyone gets lagged out and it may cause chaos to the server, Wont that over heat the system?

This was on the servers before and it got removed because people who live in china get atleast 150 ping and there not lagging servers so deal with it

Laggy people can be kicked if needed.
