Vent or Room ?

Today i got some question, about a spot there is in the map, called Jb_Point_Blank.
I cant answer them them because im not sure, and dont wanna give wrong informations.
The T's can enter it from the cell, and there is a weapon inside the spot,
And when some Ct's enter it for killing those who hide there or camp, the T's start with the freekilling spam in the chat.
So i cant do anything.
Hope you can give me Information about it, so i can pass it on to the players.

Yes it is a vent.. its the way out of cell for the terrorist. Ive seen the room myself and it is a vent.
