nice report, anyways I dont think jumping down in vent is 2 weeks or perm.

Ill focus on getting proof of this guy as i know he is a sneaky rulebreaker,
So i would like the admins to not ban/clsoe this topic in the next 2 days atleast

He breaks the rules every single time I'm on the server but very smartly so I can't get any proofs...

Are you kidding? Going in the vent once is just worth a kick/slay.

But that Ghuso shooter guy also freekilled a whole row of t's in jail_midday while spx was commanding infront of Koyumu and pukata.
But what did koyumu and pukata do? Nothing.
They told us that he would get perm. This doesn't look like a permban.

It could be hns, but i dont think so atleast, and one freekill is about warn / slay. So this wont get far if you wont recive anymore proof.

Well, this does proof that he doesn't learn.

He's already on strike 2 for massive freekilling + Venting + Teamkilling.

Imo, he should of gotten 2 strikes for that as there was plenty of proof for teamkilling (which would be 1 strike) and a bit of proof for venting/freekilling.

Say he got that 1 strike for the teamkilling, then I think the combination of venting/freekilling proof from that report, with this one, should be enough to get that third strike in.

Ghuso has been an annoyance since the second he first connect to our servers. I have had to teamswitch him a milion times, and he always switches back to CT thesame round by reconnecting.

He can't be dealt with propperly.

It was not hns, just a normal cageday.

If it was hns why is then the chat spammed " Freenade"?

U can get a strike for just running in the vent as ct, and this guy killed in the vent ofc its a strike..

Please, stop making up things that are not true.

I had a discussion whit Mati and asked some other regulars about their opinion. He is currently at strike 2 and if I accept this he is gone from the server.
However we should ask ourselves if this would be a strike if he didn't had a strike at all. The answer is pretty obvious and nobody would agree on giving a strike for that.
Being kicked by a member or an admin would deffinatly be a good punishment in this case. I will try to contact this person and give him a serious warning and if there is another complaint/incident, vent/FK/TK/spam, he is getting removed from the servers and will stay permed. This is the best solution at the moment. Giving a strike for venting isn't a good reason. If anyone disagrees feel free to talk to me over steam.
