Well, sometimes it mean (o)k(o)k I think, but it really depends on the context. So not every "kk" means kanker/cancer.

When your at my school ground you just hear cancer flying around everywhere it seems like people use it in normal contextes:

I hear this alot from all kinds of people..

Indeed.. they use it like that, Not everyone of course but many people do.

Ofcourse they also use it as cursing word from time to time but they just find it equal to saying fucking whore and cancer whore.
