Facts noticed: He was not obeying the command so I killed him, and after that he started
hassaring me in turkish. & Now he was also harrasing because he had an empty gun and I said to drop it.
I warned him couple times and still didn't drop it so I killed. WHY did I wanted to drop him? Because it's very annoying when they keep shooting although there is no bullets in you can hear an annoying click sound the whole time.

/edit: You can also see that Red-Phoenix was not whining about the abuse of Pukata on the last screen.
