voice (music) spamer (CS4)

there is one guy that spam with music all the time and even if you mute him you still can here him, like a hack or something, i've seen him many times playing that music and i think the voice shouldn't be used to spam music.

if you just join and mute some1, it sometimes doesn't work. But the next round he will be muted.
If you hear him all the time, well then something is wrong ^^

hm well i have him now mute but i will see if i met this guy again on a server if i hear him or not.

but btw why are mostly get more persons muted when i mute 1 person?

there is a function of kicking players for spamming voice aswel...

read more carefullier: i don't have my member account so i can't kick/slay anybody. i know there is a reason for slay/kick which is voice spam (music) and i did use it as i had my member acc (got banned if you didn't seen my unban thread).

There is always voice_enbled 0 in console then u cant hear mic at all.
