You command a lot and know the rules in general, but very often you do something which shows you don't know some of the details (rule-wise). Also, you tend to get pissed/annoyed/aggrevated very quickly if something goes wrong, which includes swearing in the mic.

You're a good guy, but I'm going to say no.

my opinion is that you should wait a little longer. you are an oldschooler of jail but you had a period of inactivity and the rules really changed a lot and im not sure if you know all the changes.
you also have a difficult mood, try to improve that point before beiing a nD member

i think i have improve my language, comportament and skills, learn the new rules and i didn't make any more mastekes like i used to do...

If that continues in the future and you stay active you have good chances, but for now we decided against it.
