Facts Noticed: It was a line day but like 60 percent of the Terrorists escaped , but he said "simon says i'm simon , simon says crouch and freeze on the line" but some people (including me) didn't do that because he is not allowed to start simon? not 50 percent were on the same place , I tried to explain it to him but he just continued playing simon , and so he freekilled the whole Terrorist team.

When i said that he can't start simon because not 50 percent were on the line , he said " I Don't care about the escapers" whats that for excuse? (i got more proof but it's just him killing more people.. not worth uploading.)

I think quick would have banned him if he actally freekilled phoenix.. look the id list..

That is no proof of freekilling while simon says.

if i take every screenshot where more than 5 ts get killed cause they failed and say 'hey he freekilled them!' and the admins give this guys a strike there wouldnt be any good commanders left on our servers. use the record to get usefull proof of situations like this.

You are not allowed to post crap at ban reports.
Such things as : He will get a strike, good job or any kind or crap is not allowed.
It's only allowed to add certain proof to the topic to backup the ban report.
Things as : I saw him venting/freekilling to whitout proof is also not allowed.

first of all, the ban request itself is spam.
second, u have no higher rank than we got so gtfo u spammed then aswell.

omfg .... ok i will expln this .... i sd it is a line day yellow black line GUN ROOM SIDE ... 5 seconds .... i did the countdown and i give them another 10 sec ... then i sd kill all that are not on the line ... THEN i start simon and i sd simon sz crt and frz .... i told all the ct-s to kill the escaper's ... THAT WZ NOT A FK IT WZ A COMMAND ... i dnt think that is a FK ... so stop cry red phonex and stop bng a infant please ..... thx ..

- CTs can only start simon says if the majority (= more than the half) of Ts are together on a specified location (cage, line, pool, soccerfield), whereas cells are excluded. "Global simon says day" is an exception to that.

I'll believe it was an honest mistake, but these kind of mistakes do seem to happen to you very often Golden.. therefor I don't want to see commanding anymore until you know the rules properly!
