It's so simple, the shield only helps the CT to protect himself/herself from enemies' bullets, but the CT can only have a secondary weapon while you're using a M4 or AK-47...

still shields are gay x.X they should make an plugin when someone uses the shield on the middle of the screen says xxxx is noob he has shield xD and about the awp remove it also with the auto,i think

i hate shields also, couse i got killed once with one, shield was on defend and behind there was an guy with m4
