Bring old jail back

Ok one of the main reason i left was because jail wasnt the same and thats also the reason some people have stopped playing
This is how old jail could be brought back

Maps:
Right now there are some really useless and boring maps on the server when it was old jail we had theese maps
jail_204_jailbreak jail_neondragon ba_tamma jail_recharged_remake jailbreak_final_1 jail_sneakpeak jail_revo_complete
Thoose maps are the best maps on the server and we rarely see them because we have like 50 maps

Children:
At first we had no children spamming mic or whining and that was amazing
Now we have little children whining spamming and mic spamming which we delt with by kicking them if they spam now we cant

Rules:
A few rules have also been added on or changed like:
Warnshots - Before we gave 1-3 warnings in mic or using a gun
Rebelling - If you rebel you die now you dont
Commands - A player is now allowed to decide if he has to follow a command and we have to give him a warnshot

Games:
Before we had about 4 games which were:
Simon Says, Smith Says, Last Reaction, Race
Now we have over 20....

Days:
For days we cannot customize a freeday or have good days like nemesis or find the gun
We now cannot use any days which can cause more than 5 kills

Server:
Before the server was fine no lag and just a relaxble server now we have more spamers and lots of other stuff yet we cant do anything about it

So if you want classic jailbreak back vote yes.....
Also if classic comes back i might re apply for nd....

They need to keep the server populair d4z0 >.>

Classic jail was awsome.
Jail atm is shit because people spam to much, 25 slots would mostly fix that because when u explain why u did something people can actually read it instead of overflooding the chat.

Other solution:
Spam meter, Make it so that after every message you have to wait 2 second to talk again

or just put a strong rule about spamming!!!!
and with the "rules" and "childrens" things you d4zo are so right!!!
This days i can't command ffs.When i am trying to say the rules to say what day is the other CT's are just spamming and many more else.And then the Ts makes me retard that i can't command.It is unplayble

About this whole topic, we could just be a lot stricter, kick or slay on the next spawn more, they'll need to understand that they have to listen..?

most people will rebell then even more till they get banned - isn't so easy to handle.

Well, it should be clear that they are not allowed to do those things, if you did and explain it and they go mad again, a ban would be fine..! Also all the other people know that they can't behave like that, one goes crazy, some more do, than everyone behaves (that's the way I think of it).

just do it like i did.. the gameplay would be little bit easier without retards on ct. (kick them out) and just dont care about the complains.

Yes.classic was the reason i played jailbreak now u barely see me there...
the current version of JB is a bit sucky if i can say that 2 many new games kids or ppl that behaves like kids are CT mic and mostly they are borded and micspams. so yes bring back old JB

I do agree with d4z0, It is to much children spamming all the time and all the other things as well. Some of the new maps are impressive bad, i want to see the old maps often!

I wasn't member when classic JailBreak was on course, but I played it and was pretty funny ^^
I remember when only 3 or 4 guys were surviving when Smith played his game: Smithsayslastreactioncolourconfusinggame heheeh

I would say no.
Why?

-The rules were added for a reason, people go to know the game better and started seeing flaws in rules they could abuse, hence why more rules were added to make the game more fair
-The new games were also added for a reason. Like you said: the only games on 'classic' jailbreak were simon says, smith says, last reaction and race. Back then though, if you played simon says, when you said a command without simon says, a simply command like 'crouch', 5 people would fail. People on jail have grown better and understand teh game better now, which is why more tricks and games were invented.


I do agree about the maps though, even though having thesame maps all the time wouldn't be very enjoyable and would get boring, variation is needed to keep the fun up, but 90% of the maps we have atm are pretty much crap. (like kami said: the sakura maps for example)

Conclusion: (most) of the changes to jailbreak were needed in order to keep jail fun. In fact, there haven't been that much changes in rules, the biggest change on jail was the players, they, as I said before, have gotten better at the games we played, which resulted in an addeption by the CT's.
I remember it very well: classic jailbreak. Suddenly Mati came up with saying last reaction crouch while playing simon says and it resulted in great controvercy, it was just madness in our eyes, why would you use such an evil trick!? it should not be allowed!!!, when you think of that now, its rarely used because it doesn't really work well anymore. Why? players changed and addepted to the new tricks, which is why a constant flow of new games/ideas/tricks in inevitable.

Games age, simple as that, they change as the time changes and you can't avoid that. Just as you cannot suddenly return to yourself when you were 3 years younger, you cannot make the game return to what it was 4-5 months back

P.S: I do agree that classic jailbreak was much better, and I enjoy jailbreak alot less nowadays, but as I already pointed out, you cannot change it back, and you could not have avoided it changing back then.

Im going to make a long thread about this. I think you guys and girls need it. I know that im not a member or a admin but Ive been thinking alot about this game the last few weeks. A few of you left cause of the problems d4z0 already told us. Kami, darkness, d4z0, and more of you all. But mostly of all they reasons why Im making this long thread is because I think a few of you need it.

I started to play about two months ago in the jail server. At the moment Im trying to play a less at the jail server cause it isnt just funny anymore. besides that I have to put my attention to my study wich is way more importand that this game. I play sometimes to much the game instead of learning. But thats not the point in this discussion.

Im not playing so long here but at the start with all the players it was really funny to play. jokes nice actions of the members and so on. There are a few things all you guys must realise. It is really hard to keep a situation at the same level. Seriously in games like cs with a young community and some older players. One of the things is that you dont change so much at it. In this case a lot of changes happened. And thats not a blame on the admins. Its just a normal proces whats happening at a lot of forums and servers. They are going up and down and up again, or they dissapear completely.

The old server was lagging too and autokicking as well. That isnt the big problem here. There are a lot of maps added. Thats logical cause people made one and then a lot of people say Wow thats nice or awesome! New things arent bad but you must not change it to fast. cause a lot of people just cant handle it. Take the idea that the forums view and the structural organising will change completely. Only a few will like that but most of you would stop posting here cause you wouldnt find anything here. In this case not the forum is changed but the maps are changed.

About the young childrens. why cant we play with them. Its often funny to play with them. But: at the moment there are some childern that makes it so hard to play with. Its just like the normal world. sometimes they just wont listen to you. and they start whinging. In this game it is just not funny to play as a ct cause everytime you kill some ts its a freekill. You have to explain constand why you kill somebody. That is something I really dont like. And why Im often a t. Ive heard so much at kami's voice that he is annoyed cause he has to explain again and again why he killed somebody. and not only kami. Its a constand discussion between members and ts. 99% the members are right. The 1% they are wrong they often slay themselfs. or apoligize for it.

Most of the time young kids forget that even this is a game where they can loose. And they wont loose cause there is an Huge egoism involved in nicknames. Its really sad that all those members quitted cause all of you have good personality and wants to keep this game funny. We know things about each other and its not about winning or losing anymore. No its about having fun and making jokes. Try to be smarter and to mislead the ts on a funny way. Ive read a lot of things here in the forums and some things I read told me that the jail mod means no stupid shooting and ranking. As I told above its about the contact between all of you. The working together.

It sounds a little bit: working together in a game like counter strike. But what I mean is that when you play a deathmach at de_dust2 for your own score and ranking (the things you voted away in the idea section). Assault maps are already different. You must play together to win. Cause you cant run into a building alone cause you will defenitly be shot. In the jailmod you have to work together to control 24 terrorists(try to control 24 kids in the real life you really must have skills to do it). When you are alone they would rush you completely death every round. It means teamplay. And thats exactly the thing im missing at the server at the moment. Its more about Guys IMSIMON and its my game. those Childern dont want to play as a team. They fail often and cts wont listen to them. they come to close to ts and get knifed and the whole round is lost.

Then its a seamless flow to the punish section. I read sometimes that the ban system is broken. Dont know it exactly what or how. There are really hot discussions about who should be banned and who not and why and what is good proof and why not why no. unbann, Ip ban, namefaking, posting personal stuff, spamming in serious topics, flaming, testing people to the limit and so on. (This part is mostly for the beggers and whiners). It asks alot of the admins. Dont forget they have a life next to game as well. They cannot be constand be here. And we must not ask them to be constand be here. Ive asked once in the chat section and kami and spx were reacting quite instand. I was really thankfull for that. I did said it only in the chat with a "tx kami" but at that moment you cleaned the game from fk an tk and gunfeeders. Pukata is doing a great job at the jail ban section with fast responses. Actually you all do good job. It just to much sometimes.

Well thats a lot about what I see and what I think. Now about what I would do or what I would advise you.
To the guys that leave. I had a really nice time with you.

Im gonna finish this tomorrow. Im writing already 1.5 hours now. I have some ideas about the things you could do. to make it easier. but not now anymore for now: thanks for reading this Im going to bed

I think the main reason why it's gettin down is because people are taking this game way to serious and do not enjoy the jokes anymore, they'r only whining about the bad things.
I remember sometimes when smeghedz came and threw some ppl with his admin powers. evry1 laughed but if you do it now you will only be harrassed. Its for fun ffs its getting way to serious

Im going to be 100% honest about this topic.

All the people that have been accepted for the nD Team after Hanyuu ruined the JB server.. I cant play ffs 1 time whitout getting flamed like hell.. You know what i think? People take this game to damn serious ffs.. that why most of the people left nD because they get pissed off at some members because they want it their way.. JB was hella fun in the summer now the word 'fun' has no meaning in the server.. Now it looks like a god damn real prison.. The other day i was on JB and i blew up a CT whit a granade (TK). When i did that at the classis JB (summer) everyone lol'd and ROFL'd.. (even members/admins). Now when i do that a minorty laughs and the rest says stuff like this : Im gonna report you | Im gonna get you out off the team | Im gonna tell agito/koyumu about you..
FFS! I know it isnt allowed but goddamn look at yourself its just a freaking game! For once, cant you have fun on the server instead of taking the game to f*cking serious.. If this continues alot of members will leave! Nowadays i dont even bother joining jail (unless no admins/members are there) because its just to f*cked up by people that take the game 2 freaking serious... (Most of them are MEMBERS!)

+1 oke i know i got permbanned but now i readed ancient hes post i know i was an problem but THIS is why i got perm banned from jail break..
