Final statement:

1. People should warn in general and shall not cast absolute orders in the beginning of the round. (specially at the beginning of the round they should not try to go around it by starting the round as a game.)
2. We say: give "some" warnings to prisoners so they have a chance to stay alive. Depending on the situation one warning can also be enaugh. It doesnt need to be 3 warning every time...
