Since we have got alot of new stuff on the forums and the servers they seem to be getting worse all the time

Jail-
3 Months Ago: When jail break was a 25 slot server in the summer it was always full it had really nice maps and no rule breakers
Now: The server is now 32 slots (not complaining about that) but we have alot of harrasments going on alot of new rules which piss me off like warnshot you have to give 3 warnshots before you can kill someone which is shit and people are always flaming and also rules on maps are changing every day......

Forums-
3 Months Ago: 3 months ago the forums were great there was no spam it was a good place to talk and no harrasment it was just calm
Now:Since people have been joining the forums every day there is alot more double posting spam and other stuff and some people will say i spam also but thats in the spam section some people dont even use that like silent he posts useless topics everywhere brings up topics which are over 5 months old and he hasnt been banned also tempestuz no one is even thinking of giving him a ip ban after he has posted a shit load of spam and harrasment. There is also the non english area which is going to now make nd a non english community which will piss many of us off...

The lag problem-
3 Months Ago: No lag....
Now: We are now getting alot of lag and yet we know the problem but we arent being told how much it will cost to fix it.... So for all we know we could donate lots and the money could be wasted can we not just use the thing we used 3 months ago so the game is more enjoyable

Bans-
3 Months Ago: If you were perm banned that was it there was no chance if unban and ban sytem never broke
Now: Every person who has been perm banned is now unbanned and yet we cant ban them because they have done nothing wrong

Overall rules: When it was 3 months ago we always used the rules on the forums like "No recruiting when recruitment is [OFF]" But now we are recruiting people so doesnt anyone else think it was unfair on the people who were applying 3 months ago and just got turned down because recruitment was [OFF]

Can we actually start paying some attention before this community completely fucks up!

From my point of view when something gets high it must fall down sometimes.
This thing it could be resolve in time or it could not be resolved!
P.S:I am talking from my experience(i was on one forum for 1 year and now it will be close because it is "Down")

Edit or Fix some rules
Get better maps that arent useless
And get a better server because it seems it crashes and lags all the time

For the Forums:
More people moderating
Add rules because no one listens to suvi's rules
And start banning people from ip like tempestuz

Agreed things have steadly got worse, i'm playing less and less because of the constant lag/issues we are having.

But hopefully things will improve soon with the donations etc. I'll get vip soon with the next couple of weeks maybe.

As for the ban system that really pisses me off, its getting to the point that i think i'm wasting my time uploading any demo's if i come across hackers.

That would be new to me...
There is no rule that requires 3 warning shots.

But whats so bad about freedays? Well, the problem about having too many Freedays is: Freedays are out of order and take forever to end.

Another story is the "fooling around" which applies to some members including you. Jet u say that u dislike some rules but need to drive around with a shitty car for like 2 minutes on the map and let the prisoners rot/wait for like 2 minutes? (if something is fun for you guys it doesnt necessarily need to be fun for the rest of the ppl also )

That is not something that we do but which you members do on your own. You guys simply failed at realizing that it is you guys who mess up rules or keep breaking em all the time. I mean the rules didn't really change a lot for the past few months...
Grab your own nose before you keep pointing at the admins when not listening to em.
Ofc we cant check every member 24/7. That is specially why you guys should partly take some responsibility to enforce rules and not to whine at each others because of personal reasons (not liking something or whatever...)

sidenote: normal players may not create new rules!...
so there is no point in listening to it in the first place...

However: for total retards who join the community to annoy the shit out of us, there isn't much you can do. IP ban? don't make me laugh... most ppl out there have a dynamic ip adress so simply reconnecting is enaugh.

The normal bansystem was never really working to be honest.
The SQL type bans work but are the worst kind of bans as we hardly can look it up after we banned someone completly... (for unbanning)
Thought we might consider changing to that one.
A con of it is that we cant ban players just on one server but on all servers at once... (e.g. just on jail)

the warnshots people are now saying that you have to give 3 warnshots including cell days which is when you leave your cell you get shot once which i just think is bull....

and silent is 10 he prolly wont even know what a dynamic ip is he has a new account called muddaken

It has basicly changed to that slowly, as if we were playing simon says 24/7 where a fail at the game means instant kill, even on normal commands that are nowhere near a game.

As for your example of cellday d4z0: cellday is not a game, its not even a day, its the command 'stay in your cells once the cells open' that has gotten the name cellday. a command just like any other command, which can't result in instant kills

When the command is Stay in your cells when the cells open, and you leave ur cell that means you ignore the command and for that you are rebelling, now tell me what happens to rebelling T's? They get killed.
Otherwise we could just say Simon says im simon, simon says stay in your cells.
Then if they left you could kill them? Its the same thing only without simon says..

not listening to a command immediatly doesn't mean a kill, not on a normal command... if he runs out of his cell trying to escape, yes u can kill him. If he steps one step out of his cell, then sees everyone stayed in their cells and runs back, you cannot kill him on his way back... You are a jail guard as CT, you aren't hired to kill as many prisoners fast as you can by being satanic and killing on every single mistake, which IS the case with the way commands are going right now.

Indeed it would be fixed if you would do it with simon says, but then you're actually playing simon says which makes it a game and not just a command.

The new players and guys who did not listen to the command cause there was another louder noise or something and dont know that its "cellday" as normal command. and run to the cage or get some footsteps out of the cell are getting killed instantly. and that sucks in my eyes. for that we have the 3 warnings. first "stay in the cell if u leave u are dead". second " shot in feet so that they get ur attention". third "take them back in the cell".

if we do instantkill without playing any games there is so fucking much whining and harrasment.

the fragwhore CTs are mostly staying right in front of the cells and camping and waiting for a hair of a T that flyes over the border.. so its a good thing the 3 warnings. otherwise its freekill.

why did u let it change then. I was not there before and i cant remember how u handeled the disfollow of normal commands. so i take marksel statement as a rule.

i think the Jail members have to do more communication in groupchats, every single thing we are not clear about should be discussed and at the end it has to be clear for every one.

Like you said, everything should be discussed, we could make use of the steamchat and put every single nD* Jail member, which is online, in the groupchat, any questions could be discussed and be clear. On this way we can make the Jail server a lot better, we could give it a try?

Can't agree on this. 2 or 3 months ago there wasn't such commands like "crouch to the cage if you stand up you die" like there is automatically simon on every command.

Maybe not crouch to the cage because we werent smart enough to think about it, but we did have commands like Go to the trampoline go anywhere else you die, if they do that now we have to lead them back according to the warnshots.. meaning that probally the escaping t will rebel ct will warnshot and fail and will die then the other cts die.
This will end up in continusly celldays and cagedays like it is now, if we dont have to warnshoot t's are less quickly able to rebel meaning that we can play more fun days instead of the endless boring cell and cagedays that we have now..

Agreed, we have always had these kind of command even before you started playing Mark and it was always fine so why should we change it.
Can't agree on this. 2 or 3 months ago there wasn't such commands like "crouch to the cage if you stand up you die" like there is automatically simon on every command.
meaning that probally the escaping t will rebel ct will warnshot and fail and will die then the other cts die.
Escaping is listed as a reason to kill in /rules, so I think that's ok, if they are running miles away from the cage.
