well taking 1 minute to write that isnt going to help is it right more
now you could right more and get the date of it and say i got banned one month ago instead of a month laterDate and time of ban: a month later
say more.....motivation for a deban

the motivation should be bigger for unban and well depending on what you did and who you banned the time you banned can be 1 hour - permanently.
