Unban request

Hi people.
Start with information first.
- Steam ID : 182 STEAM_0:0:12608388 0 00:26 55 0 (Copied all)
- Nick INGAME : CookieLover
- Admin/Member : D4ZO (With fake nick a provocating one (I knew it was him) fake nick was "want a ban?)
- Reason of ban : Harrasment
- Date and time of the ban : 11-04-2010 , Approximately 00:45
- Motivation for a deban :
It was a football speaking, when an English (maybe racist) said to me and my friend Isma, you are from Sweden you cant love English teams, you are just saying so because we rule in England, and then I lost my patient because I´ve loved Man United in soon 11 years, since I was 5 and also been there and watched them.
So when I lost my patien i said: (D4ZO is witness about this sentence because it can be missunderstood)
- If you say fuck united I will rape u country doesnt matter.
As you see, I never said you´r country, or ur country, I meant "I will rape u (,) country doesnt matter (from where you are) I were typing fast but you can see that I never meant that, because I used "u" not "your" or "ur"

Why I got 3600 minitues for the word "rape", 20 minitues earlier all were witness in that server for one who gunfeeded and fk´ed and everything, nobody made anything, I dont want to report that guy, but that was an example.

Two more things that makes me suspecting, is that 5 minitues or later of that he banned me, I didnt get warning for anything. 5-10 minitues AFTER I´ve said that word, then I get banned? Thats my first time, and no warning? Thats my first time too.

My conclusion: I dont have good relation with him, he hates me , he just wanted me to make a little misstake.
Why should he do that?
Because he knows that I always say to him dont think that you are anything big because you are ND member, so he changed his name to something provocating, and knew that I will say to him, he changed his name "Want a ban?" and then he banned me.

And I understood that I was wrong saying the word "rape u" but I lost my patient and should be warned.

M a o a M was the person he was talking down to foreigners even though the majority in English football are foreigners well, He was provoking us and thought he was bigger than any other person, he was patronazing towards our language ( Swedish) saying what a silly language!

He also harassed "Smeghedz" the admin several times when he was in-game but afk probably minimizing cs. The member around at that time didn't do anything due to his behavior towards us.

Everything written in the unban request is accurate, dazo did fakenick want a ban?

The ban is only for an hour, you have been able to play for a long time now..

If you were to say that to me, its still insulting, I know what your real intension in the meaning were.
so changing a word doesnt mean your not insulting.

Florent, the fact is that you used bad words, doesnt matter if it was to a "friend" or not. In nD servers play a lot of people with very different nacionalities and languages. You should have known when you use such kind of words that people may understand it and even get offended.

You shouldnt have said such things, now you just have to face the cnsequences, dont try to avoid the problem by saying that it was for a friend

NOBODY felt insulted, how many times does ppl say fuck in your servers?
I will call Isma, he will tell you (because he is black) how insulted he feels when people use the word niggah, and you only stayed glued to your screen (NOT ALL THE ND MEMBERS, BUT MANY) and doesnt act anything, ye last time when anyone said niggah, admin didnt do anything until I said ADMIN WTF IS THIS RACIST THING, then after 5 sec the guy got KICKED not banned.

I used swedish language for other to not understand. Kempa who are swedish did u feel insulted? I dont think, the other swedish who wrote, did u feel insulted from this word? No because u didnt do anything at me...

Ok,this was the real story. Maoam, keep going on isma's nerves, yes. Keep calling smeg for shitty admin And sush, yes I saw that. But if you look in the top off My screenie, you see some Guy " superknight" said ' fuck you Dick head' he was pretty new with the rules indeed, he keept on caging and sush. But when he got slayed by Smeg, he Said fuck you Dick head, and then you say that? I gind it very unlikly that you Said it to isma, and not him. Im pretty sure that you Said it to superknight. When you try to judge a person they ask for proofs, Isma proofed that it was to him. Proof that it was to superknight? Why should I say that?
