ib00000ww is still banned for another week and is currently on strike 2 because of the previous report. It will take more than usual to get him his permban. That's why I want you guys to post all your stuff about him in this thread and when it's enough for strike 3, I'll close it and ban him.

He's not on his second permban, he's on his second strike. There's a significant difference.
