nD* Team recruitment procedure change

This thread is going way off-topic..
I don't mind discussing the moderation of Jailbreak, but this thread was about something else. I suggest a new thread for these last couple of posts.

Why would you need to know that?
The teams are full ( i think) and good as they are.
If some1 new were to be meber you wouuld see it in the server or around spam/lounge section.

People will get recruited when they are needed and if admin want them, on their terms ofcourse.

Going to have to wait a phew days to confirm this, as this is not sure yet.

Short reason why I would be removed: I had problems with neonDragon (the player and owner of the servers) in the past, old grudges made him remove my status on forums aswell as ingame as soon as he saw I had reentered the nD* team.

Just want to give you some words.

Please however you choose, just choose persons that are 18+ and that are active in the game. 50% of the members in nD Zombie are never seen...

We have enough 18- members who do a great job =/

But that's true, I play alot on the zombie servers the last few days and have never seen some zombie members except Gamerone, Nino and Kleines...

I just want to comment the age part here.

It is deffinitly true that at a lower age, it is much more rare to find someone that is capable of dealing with powers that the nD* members have. The lack of life experiance and lack of education/common sense does make it alot harder for them to deal with such powers in a controlled manner.

However, this does not mean that everyone with an age below 18 is not able to use these in a control manner, it just means that most people below 18 can't .

If the admins find someone that is capable of managing the powers, it doesn't really matter what age they are. I've seen plenty of 12 year olds with twice as much brain capacity as most 22 year olds.

To give an example:
When I was 13, I was the guild master of the world 51st guild in World of Warcraft, and I was leading a guild with 60 members to victory to the hardest possible game content at the time.
Hell, I even had to use a voice changer so my members would not get distracted.
This is not to show off or anything, it just shows that not every 13 year old is thesame, not every 13 year old is a d3nn1s or a s1ll3n7.


PS: I do agree that some of the current members are a tad bit childish, which sometimes does show in their use of the ndmenu, but that is deffinitly the minority of our 'underaged' members.

I totally agree with you marksel. I think dat members/recruitments should be judged on theire experience and how mature they act not on theire age or 'I-still-didn't-hit-puberty' voice.

well i think its a great idea, because u will get a better picture of the player when u see them in game. i realy hope that i can join gl searching
