Okay, so in this scenario what should be done to all the CTs:

Map is small - vc_jail-nexus2 or something.

CTs fool around until 3:30 to open the cells...
Give us a whooping 30 SECONDS to hide... (they [ALL CTs] started killing us [Ts] @ 3:00)....
To be honest, it wasn't even a full 30 seconds -.-

Massive freekills? CTs fault? More time?

In cases like these, it seems that ALL CTs are just fragw**res....

If HnS cant be kept fair, just BAN it (in extreme cases) or come up with a MINIMUM amount of time to let the Ts hide.

Most of the time the minimum is 1:00 - 1:30 depending on which map

Which ct was commanding and set this time?
I would like to have a word with him to ask him what the fuck he was thinking...

It was the entire CT team, not ONE person on the CT team said anything about it. I should've taken a snapshot at that time, but didn't do so -- as I wanted people to be more RATIONAL.

However, most of the CTs are regular players. :\

It would've been massive freekilling, as I think it clearly says in the rules that you need to give atleast 1 minute the time. I'll edit my post if I found it.

Ye, wanted to post that too spx. The rules say you have go give at least 1 minute to hide, who gave them only 30 seconds?? I seriously think that sometimes the guys who make a emo+cookie+kod day or give only 30 seconds to hide should be T next time and then that should happened with him and then he will cry "you can't do that" and so on. I hate this...

This has happened so many times.. when im ct and i give them a hns i always give 1 minute and 30 seconds to hide, if the map is smaller i give only 60 seconds(1minute) to hide. This is very bad when CTs start killing Ts when the time is not up yet and when the lights are on on some maps.

So yes it is freekilling.
