Banned for nothing

- Reason of ban : Nothing!
- Date and time of the ban : 18:14 UK TIME 25/1/10
- Motivation for a deban : Don't have one when I get banned for no reason.....

Well I was playing on the servers and then nase just came on and banned me.
I had been banned the day before by pn as he had permission of me cheating before.
Also here is a script of vDou and what he said... I had a ping of 600 and i got accused for speedhack which is not speedhack as i just got bad connection for that time being.

Also can vDou and East Clubber say this.
vDou can say I have a bad ping so I was not speedhacking. so I didn't get banned for that.
East Clubber and me saw that nase joined the server and as soon as he got on he banned me.
East Clubber asked nase lots of times to ask why he just done that for a pointless reason. But he was speccing and never replied.
Can this get sorted or I can chat with nase and get this over with so every time I join he doesn't ban me.

Also I said to East Clubber ask him why he done it but he said he never replied. as it says but I did cheat and i admitted that and that is what nase wanted so now I want him to stop banning me for no reason at all. But if there is a real reason of me cheating(i will never cheat again) I will admit it on vent, IRC or on here

So, there's no realy proof if I'm right?

Cheating results in a permanent ban, but aslong there's no proof that you cheated there shouldn't be a permban? I tought every ban needs to have proof? You could just lying that you cheated lol..

I don't really know if I should tell the truth but I want what is best for me a but I want nase to realise the truth.

If I told the truth If it was a yes or no would i still get banned as Spx said I may be saying I did to be friends with everyone again.

also I have SGLAC than scans my computer for cheats even if it is not running.

In my view.. ; peoples just can say " i cheated" but they n ever did, so they could be lying, I dont SEE why we should ban ppls without Proof, Do we even got proof he is hacking?

No, we dont, we only few members saying he cheated and him admitting that he did cheat but we dont have real proofs he did. If you want to ban him for admitting that he cheated then ban few members that also admitted they cheated in the past. Like some members say cheat = always cheat..
Lets say he will say he never cheated and that the messages where he admitted that he cheated werent written by him but by his friend or someone hacked his account and wrote them, if he would do this he wouldnt be banned because theres no other proof that he cheated. No proof = no ban.

Ok I will tell the truth as East Clubber said It is the right thing to do.

I was on the FFa server.
I didn't cheat on there.
The Only Thing I used was my speakers, Headset to hear as much as I can.
Also that day A mate of mine was on aswell and was T.
he told me where use were. Even know it was ghosting But He just told me. Shocked

Is it ok that I own up now than never than I never cheated.

Can an admin get something sorted between me and nase?
maybe we get certain times on each server?
As i play on all but i doubt nase does I think he use FFa and jb.

These is where I found out where to shoot through walls.
It looks like WH but you can see ure enemies through the wall and so can they.

It is called learning your maps.....
Also learning where you can spam is useful for e.g
if there was a guy at short and u were at CT spawn you can shoot short to kill him.
