Unfair ban

Hi I have recently been a victim of an admin abusing his powers. I was on this neonDragon Jail Break server for approximately 30 minutes, after I got bored of playing CT Side i switched to T, and then when we were forming a line with many people around me, someone sprayed an offensive pornographic spray.

People started to spam the chat with 'lols' and then a player on the server said and I quote:
" sidekickje^ : my spray "

Throughout this process, no one mentioned my name as a suspect of spraying this offensive image, and no one even asked me. As soon as the second round started I was banned by Insomnia:
"Kicked :"Banned for 14400 minutes by |nD* jail VIP| nD* Jail | iNSOMNIA for Offensive Spray (Pornographic)."

There doesn't seem to be a justified reason for this ban, or even a professional assumption being taken to justify that I was supposedly the person who sprayed this image on the floor. Apparently this admin 'saw me' spray this image on the floor, but with 5 people around me how can he make such an invalid accusation? And surely if I spent the past 30 minutes on the server, the spray would of been noticed earlier? It was clear that this was a person who has recently entered the server.

I dont just want an unban, i want action being taken against iNSOMNIA's reckless use of his powers. If possible I would like an apology from him and for his powers to be stripped away from him, any admin that bans freely without concrete evidence should not be in control of such administrative rights.

This was indeed a mistake and I have been talking to Insomnia and nase, the victim has been kicked/banned.. I saw that you got banned for Pornographic spray so I immediately remembered that I had taken screenshot earlier today of this guy where he sprays this, so I knew that you was innocent..

And Insomnia just made a mistake he didnt do it on purpose, and sorry that you got this ban.

He said he accidently banned but i agree he should be watching what he is doing instead of taking no care in banning

Why he even banned other guy? He should warn him to not use it anymore and then kick him so his spray would get removed from ground/walls.

Insomnia u should read nD* Team rules once again, theres explained what u should do when someone has pornographic spray.

I noticed that recently memebers slay/kick/ban wrong people. You should check twice if you are punishing right person.

We gently asked lllllllll to spray on the ground several times to check if what "I said" was true or not.. he didnt do it and said he already sprayed, so he surely did that on purpose, after next map change he came in with a new nick, I noticed he changed his nick to Gris wold because usually when you just recently have been on the server, you joins team faster.. So he knew that we know about "his pornographic spray" so he decides to not change his spray but to change his nick instead.. hmm ?

Sorry for the misunderstanding , i was there too as ct specating a group of 5-6 t's crouching on the line...then i saw a pornograpich spray covered by other random sprays...didnt have time to watch the chat and in 5 sec after that someone got banned o.o...i think wihout warnings

I think some members don't see the point of the banhammer.
banning only in worst cage. and you have to be 100% sure.

Pertinently. I reported him in Strike-List and said there, that he didn't change his spray after a few warnings.

This has been resolved, hence the lock.
