svc_bad - also known as "mass client dump"

i found out a bit about the server crashes and the mass client dump.the funny thing is no one really knows how to fix it... lol
its basicly the same reason how it seems. due to the fact that the cs hl engine is so damn old, its only abel to allocate a small amount of memory. therefor the game cuts at a certain point the code what causes the massdumping and the crashes. the possibility of this to happen increases for example with the amout of txt files that are loaded with the plugins. that means. its not a matter how many plugins you initiate. it only matters how big they are. another reasons that stucks up is the thing with the incorrect logout. e.g. when ppl dont log out correctly via the task manager or in any other way cos the game has to load up all the custom stuff at each spawn which also causes those massdrops. due to the fact that the server needs a certain time to notice that the user has logged out its quiet difficult to fix it fully on deathmatch.
the problem about this is that it also kicks out players who are still on the server cos the server didnt keep up with everthing. (e.g. loading up the informations and so on. or wasnt abel to send everything because it was cut apart before cos of the lenght.

there is only a temporar fix for it an it works only very limited.

1. decreasing the timeout time:
sv_timeout 20-30 (its up to u what u set.)
you can also force a client timeout time additionaly.
cl_timeout 20-30

2. setting this parameter as a start option.
-zone 8192

it only decreases the amout of crashes and mass drops but its better than nothing.
so the server won't crash every 4-5 hours but crashes every few days instead.

dunno if you guys tried this out but if not you could give a try.

it also happend now a few times after the vip left and the new round started. ("as_" maps)
just telling you guys about it. maybe u can find out more about when u know when exactly such errors happen.

fixed for now. (less error)
but we have some svc error. its all plugin, all map, we cant do anything, that happen for all servers.

the svc bad error comes still, better you check things again and talk with agito as well he said how to fix that (something to give the server more cache or something).

Disable all 3rd party plugins and see if it still happens. If it does not, start enabling plugins 1 by 1 till it starts happening again. Once it starts happening again you know witch plugin is causing the errors

Im never disconnected i always get on the map if im unlucky i get 1 disconnect and then i play the whole game while other people get like 5 disconnects

lol well you still get svc_bad, sometimes 5 times in a row sometimes 2 sometimes 0. so i would say its not fixed -.-
