"Foool" aka "jks.de" nazi sign sprayer

As the subject says, he sprayed nazi sign
STEAM_0:1:18549532

I kicked him once with the reason offensive spray, and a few hours late he rejoined as jks.de with the same spray. He didn't was on server long, so i could neither ban him, nor get proofs.

edit:
Later he rejoined on server, so i watched him again. It seemed as he looked that noone watches him, then he spraid a pornographic spray.

please provide some proofs.

next time the first thing i will do is getting proofs when something like that happens. i didn't took any :/
