nD* Jail plugin.

Hello all..
It has come to a point where I really think this plugin would be useful in everyway.
Voteban and votekick. Voteban will give the player 30min to 1h ban and votekick will just get him/her kicked.
I have experienced so much freeshoting,freekilling and abuse. So I though this would be good, like last night. It was all fine when Ancient was ingame but he lost the connectioned and didnt join for a while. Then this guy B W O throws nade and freekill everyone each round.
By freeshoting and freekilling I dont mean by: I try to stab him and I die.

1. He has no mic and then dont give warnings.
2. He warns me with shooting me down to 50% hp less or more.
3. Throwing nades etc.

Im sure when im ingame all I can see the chat is filled with is: (FREEKILLER OMG!) ofcourse not everything is true but.

With the voteban and votekick system, it cant be abused. You need the half of T to voteban that person that has been abusing.
If a player freekilled everyone and lets say 5/10 of the player votebanned him before he disconnected "to not get banned".
Next time he logs in, within I think it was 30m - 1h. He still got the 5/10 votebanned on him. So it only requires 5 voteban more, but not 10 voteban. Because the voteban on him is already saved when he "Abused". There is always lot of player on the jailserver, so it requires half of the T's. I dont think that could be abused. As im writing this, I always see few members ingame but they cant watch everyone so I though this would be a good benefit.
