I can tell from the screenshot this map is full bright, it has to be fixed, chances are this will cause some really bad lag on the servers. Full bright is what is causing the lack of shadows and why everything is so bright. Its happens when there is a leak, an impossible brush, or more probable- no light or light_environment entity.

Or another cause of that can be , he probably dont runs hlrad ( lights ) .

Try to fix ur leak and make some lights or light_enviromeent Wink

I just downloaded the map and tested it myself.
It is totally bright, and you did not run RAD. You put the compile log in the archive. You just did not run RAD (even not started it), there is no Leak in the map, but just because of the skybox you made around the map. You should not do that, it makes the performance of your map even worse.
