Hot Chair Game -> Quicksilver

Alright this is an awesome forum "game" I got from another forum I read.
Its pretty simple, the person put on the hot chair is asked by everyone else on the forums... about everything pretty much (If its too personal he may choose to not answer), from real life to in-game, from hes views on politics to hes views on Cs.

And when the thread reaches 2-3 pages it's locked, and the one that was on the hot chair picks the next person when the thread gets locked, and he creates a new thread with the name of the new person in the topic (someone who is active on forums ofc).

Would be pretty fun to find out more stuff about people in nD.

How do you think Jailbreak is now compared to how it was in the old days?

What do you think working in the airplane buisness (so to speak) is? As in - do you enjoy it?

It sure has changed a lot since I started playing at the end of summer '09. More rules is the most important change that springs to mind. Many people complain about Jail being too strict now, but it's necessary I think to not let everything mound into chaos. That said, I think we now have maps that are better than the ones we had before, with more games and more fun stuff to do.

I've heard people say that Jail used to be fun. Well, it can still be fun today. In the last few weeks I've played at night a couple of times and I was having a blast. Players who are making me laugh, people who know the rules and don't whine at every single chance they get. In that aspect, Jail is a different (and much nicer) world at night, compared to during the day.

Do you like how the servers are moderated these days?

Yeah, I guess I do. I can't really think of something right away that is totally flawed. Ofcourse mistake will be made (also by me), but that's human. We/I try to reduce that to a minimum ofcourse. I try to not be too strict myself. I know I've been that way when I first got member and I'm trying to work becoming a bit more relaxed but sometimes I just can't help it. The line between both sides as a very thin one.

What do you think working in the airplane business (so to speak) is? As in - do you enjoy it?

I enjoy it a lot. Since I was about 12 I've always wanted to fly, but it didn't come to that. Right now I work at the airport (on the ground, not in the tower) and I do many things, ranging from runway inspections to marshalling aircraft, from escorting people who need to do maintenance to people paying at the office for their landing they just made. Birdcontrol and general security of the airport (watching if people don't do stuff they're not allowed to) are also part of my job description.
When people have questions or problems, they come to me for answers/solutions. You could say it's a bit comparable to being admin here, but with way more responsibility. I've made my job from my hobby and that's why I like it so much. Having fun at what you do is very important in my opinion.
It's not a big airport by the way, but I like that. I know almost everyone personally, chit-chat with everyone from time to time (connections) and just having a laugh.

The dream I still have is to do the same kind of job on Bonaire (Dutch Antilles, Caribbean), where I spent almost 4 years of my childhood. Hopefully that will still happen in the future. Furthermore, I'm saving up for my pilot's license, so I can just fly for me, maybe take a few friends with me, etc. No commercial flying interest, just for the fun of it.

whats your favourite sport to play? and whats the most exciting aspect?

At the moment I only play football (Soccer for Hanyuu) with friends. We do have a team and try to be serious, but the 3rd half is also important.
I usually play as a forward, so the most exciting aspect is probabably trying to make that one action where you pass your opponent and give a good cross to enable some else to score. I'm quite fast on the first few meters, so I always prefer that the ball gets passed deep so I can run after it and deliver the cross.

I also like to scuba dive, but I only do that on holidays. The most exciting of that is the whole underwater world naturally.

Although I like to watch the movies from time to time, I really couldn't tell you which character is most like me.. When I know, I'll tell you!

That's a hard one, I have a lot of favorite aircraft, but the one I've been a fan of for the longest would be the Boeing 757-200.

Hahahaha, that's an absolute CLASSIC!! I love it!

Why did they stop flying the Concorde?

After the crash in Paris (where it hit a piece of metal on the runway --> tire burst --> fueltank ruptured --> wing caught fire --> crashed into a hotel), people were scared to fly on it. After that, they started to phase it out and at the end of 2003 all Concordes were withdrawn from service. A shame really, since it's an epic plane, you can say an icon in the aviation world. But in these tough economic times, with high fuelprices, a fuel-slurping plane like the Concorde wouldn't be very profitable.

The whole continent of South America. I've always had a weak spot for those countries and I prefer them over Asia etc.
