- Motivation for a deban : first of all i need to know the reason why i got banned. i cant see any harrasing done by me.

Can't see anything on the strikelist. But seriously kami.. since you started playing cs again you've been acting very weird. You whined about every single shit and harassed all the time. And I think neondragon wouldn't permban u for no reason.

i will say it one time and no other: when i say anything, than only if i am 100% correct..

I forgot the fact that you couldn't use the spray distance counter on lowest sprays. And even besides that you whined about everytime you got killed. AND called everybody retarted again. You already got striked for calling everybody retard and harassing in such ways.

To be honest there is no proof that he did stuff like that. Neons entry to the strikelist doesn't have solid proof at all and I can't make a special treatment just because he is the head admin. Each ban should have solid proof in my opinion..

Well, I understand that kami must have said and done hideous things to get the situation this far.

But, if a ban is made and the proofs are in one's head I don't think the rules should be overlooked just because of "one's" position relatively to the comunity.

Thus, no proofs no ban.

Just because something has a questionmark, it does NOT MAKE IT A NORMAL QUESTION. Your questions were retorical questions intended to make fun of sarah's voice, regardless of whatever excuse you think of saying it was a genuine question, you cannot expect a normal answer to the question 'why do you sound like a boy'.
You questions are EXTREMELY disrespectful and if you did indeed repeat this question several times then neonDragon had all the right to bann you.

I'm kinda sad to see you go like this, you were a fun guy to play with, were a great member back in the days, I just don't see why you've gone so bad.. its like you expiration date was about a month ago and you started rotting and getting all moldy... marksel sorry but i cant see how its the same to harras u by using ur mother/ a friend and ask if she sells herself and asking why the voice of somebody sounds like a boy when she is a girl, i didnt thought about that this question could hurt somebody. (if everyone who does say anything about the commanders voice would get a strike there would be like 20guys a day banned.)

Agree 50%, depending on how many members are on the servers because they can not watch everything(if too less). But yes, apathy is a big problem here and makes more people than only kami cry, because they don't do anything. Most of the time members even pick screenshots of the discomfort of the people when it goes over in a coarse language and report them instead of asking why they are mad.
