Hi i'm LTUMax and i'm applying

- Experience Level (including any previous admin work) : Played CS Since i was rouhgly 10 years old, i'm clearly not the best player around, but i'm alright. I've played JB server since my forum account was created (before that i was 1 of the new guys screaming "FREEKILLER FREEKILLER, FU NOOB WTF U SLAY ME" but now i don't do that, only on occasions . I believe i know MOST of the JB rules maybe 90%+, and i try to enforce them by screaming in my mic to CT's or T's because i don't have the nDmenu ))).
Also i'm generally calm in most situations, but sometimes i get mood swings and break downs etc... u ALL know how it is, dont try to lie!

- Average amount of time on our servers per day : Per day can be anything between 0hours - 12hours depends if i work, if i study (driving theory >.>) if i'm sleeping. Sometimes i don't come on for a week or so because i work too much, or i travel. But i'm mostly on every day for AT LEAST 1-3 JB maps.

- Approximately, when did you start playing on our servers? Since forum account was created, i don't wanna click "back" and ruin all of this that i have written lol

- Do you have a working mic? Yes i do, and i believe it's clear with very little background noise or any other faults.

About me: Ummm, i'm 18, and i do what every other teenager does, i go out get drunk, smoke a little of this, do a little of that Work a lot, i'm trying to follow my dads footsteps and have my own kebab shop (or any other food industry shop, such as restoraunts or something). I enjoy playing computer games.... well CS . Enjoy working out even tho i've stopped for now coz of my arm... Enjoy playing basketball most of all beacuse its full of action . Football not so much coz its too much running for fatboys like me Enjoy all sorts of music, Lithuanian, russian, english, latin etc.

Pros: Speak clear and good english
I've got reasonable months of experience in JB like 4-5 months or more
I'm not afraid to command, for one round or a full map or a few maps in a row.
I get rare moods and when i'm CT i can sing (lol) and i don't sound like a little child (NO OFFENSE TO ANY1 LOL)

Cons: I swear a lot, can't help it i've been brought up that way.
I CAN resolve my own arguements and others by being mature, but "sometimes" i dont
Random times of playing CS (by CS i mean JB, coz thats all i play lolz) sometimes for weeks i dont come on, sometimes i play for a month straight.

Can't really think of anything else to post....
Any1 that wants to post, please do, ill appreciate if u post good stuff about me, but PLEASE write something bad too, coz i know im not an angel -.-

* Really good commander
* Active on the server
* Very fun to play with
* Awesome guy itself

Negative
* Harassive behaviour
* A bit of poor forum activity

Conclusion
* I think you would be a great member but although you do harass quite a lot. I also used to harass sometimes when I was new to the community and even got on strike 2. But then I reduced both of the rage and harass majorly. If you can stop harassing etc I would love to see you as member.

Pro's:

-You have a mic
-You can command.
-Your active on server.
-Fun to play with.

Con's:

-You swear alot.
-Your on strike 1.
-You may have a harassive behaviour sometimes.
-Kinda poor forum activity.
-You act immature sometimes.

Well, i won't make any decision for now, but u need to stop swearing all the time [ i also do it sometimes but is just when i pissed off to max -.- ], and be more active on forums.

Pros:
- Very good commander. (can command)
- Knows the rules.
- Very friendly.
- Active player.
- Ok activity on the forum.
- When sometimes gets mad, you control your temper.

Cons:
- Swears too often.
- Acts immarture sometimes.
- Your on strike 1.

Conclusion:
I say Nooyyeeehn..., after what ancient showed, my answer is unsure..
Now what you gotta do is impress me jizzlaking

pros: a lot, too much to say.

cons: well I have seen that others say that you have harassive behaviour, but I didn't really notice that, maybe only if CTs stand in front of you when commanding people in the cage.

I would say yes, your a friendly guy and knows how to play.

Pros:
Awsome commander (epic accent at that )
Good knowledge of the rules
Funny player
Mature
Usally tries to make people act mature

Cons:
Can swear a bit
Maybe a poor forum activity but that I think you can fix

Concusion
Its a clear yes I would love to see you as a member

Pro's
-Age
-Isnt a robotic commander, likes to mix things up, change voice etc
-Well aquainted with a lot of nd members and jail players alike. respected by the community most of the time
-Has never had any trouble with microphone - very clear.
- a commander to aspire to
-very good grasp of english language
-is very active on servers
-very very good fun to play with

Con's
-tendancy to swear a lot, although it isnt malicious, thats just the way he puts sentences together/thinks.
-Lithuanian (joking xD)
-forum activity relatively low.

Conclusion
Hes well respected by most of the nD community, and gets along with them very well, which is a very good start. He is also admired by many of the hardcore regular players on jail, who call for him to command when hes on the server - to his annoyance sometimes
Although you say he swears a lot, it doesnt bother people like me. 99% of the time, his swearing isnt aimed at anyoen its just in general ("you penis" is a common phrase, you could be called a lot worse) theres people dying in afghanistan and you complain that someone on a game called you a penis?
I feel with a little tutoring and guidance buy some of the more veteran members he would make a good edition. Reporting people and increasing forum activity would help.

A yes from me

Pro's:
- Age
- Good commander
- Great guy to play with (you always manage to make me laugh ^^)
- Knows the rules
- Pretty active in-game (especially at nights)

Cons:
- Sometimes you blur out random 'insults' at random times. Although saying 'you penis' is not really that much of an insult if you say it once, I'd prefer it if you wouldn't.
- Knowledge of the ndmenu (in the sense that you abused the ndmenu bug (even though I think I specifically told you not to), although you did ban yourself afterwards)
- Poor forum activity

Conclusion:
Fix #1 & 3 of the cons and you should be all set. I'd love to see you having atleast a trial, so my vote is yes.


EDIT: I confused the part with the ndmenu-bug for being your strike, but it was the report on the strikelist that Ancient posted that caused you your strike. Indeed unacceptable language (report dates back from 15/07/10) and your history shows that you've abused the ndmenu bug 4 times. 3x to ban yourself (on 07/07, 14/07 and 07/09) and 1x CT->T switch (on 16/08)

We have members that are on strike 2, so you still have a chance, but you really need to watch your steps.. Benefit of the doubt is what you get from me now.

Am I the only one that checkes why the guy got a strike? *sigh*

YOu have made those misstakes and I dont like what you did. As a player i like you a lot you are funny etc and i guess i could make a exception for this time to say yes.

Just so you know, just saying nigger is not racist. its just a slur and im 100% sure in the way LTU acts and thinks that he didnt mean it offensively and was just messing about. if he becomes a member im sure he can work on these things and become a bit more serious ingame, stop being so close minded ancient (;

ancient although racism is intolerable,most communitys accept it when it isnt in a harrasive manner.and although he said u nigger, he didnt mean any real harrasment id guess, since he made a smiley. Fuck you - harrasive...... fuck you ^^ or xD or DX is not in the slightest. it is unneccesary language that in preschool would be bad. i would like to know the date of these screenshots, to know whether he had just joined and was being bad because he didnt think anything against nigger, or whether he was being a prick yesterday. if you can supply information ill make the pro's and con's and thisll stop the spam,because if it was yesterday or anytime soon it will change my definet yes to a very strong no

He got a warning from on of our MOD's so I don't think this is called laughing.

Meh, I reported him there for using a non-appropiate language and he got a warning, but I have to say that Eazy provoked him quite much before and he also got a warning for that. Anyways, there's still no reason at all to use this kind of language. To make the situation clear.

im not saying its ok if you mean it,but if it is light hearted and not meaning any harm and not too often or too far then yes its nothing serious
