see now how it star:youhave been disconnected from the server reason:bad file servers in enforcing file consistency for ,odels/guerilla/guerilla.mdl how can I fix it??

GO to: Steam/steamapps/(ACCOUNT-NAME)/counter-strike/cstrike/models/player
And remove the guerilla file
