Well even though you apply for nD Jail member you write you play mostly on Builder and fun, so why not apply for builder instead?

P.S. - Why would you propose for fun in a JAIL application? The whole reason for being a jail member is to be active on jail majority of the time.

True, age may sometime not play an important factor [in the end it's the Admins' decision after all], but in your case it seems like others think you do not act mature enough (which is pretty significant)
As for your other question about helping others. There's something called a ban report. You go to the ban sections and write down the report with proofs of the violations and STEAM ID snapshot. This will give them their deserved punishment.
