Anyone that knows the awnser?

As some of you might have noticed, i havent been playing counter strike for a long time.
But this is because my cl_rate is broken, i even spoke to xazor about the problem, but he didnt know the awnser.
I have a screen shot of it, so you can watch it below.

should fix ur problem

cl_rate 25000

cl_rate should be 9999, nothing is wrong... You can't even chance the cl_rate command anymore

But the thing is, people is saying that im lagging around in game (Looks like im lagging) and my microphone sounds like a robotic jerk when im talking.
My rate is 25000, dont know the problem what so ever..

it can be more then 1 thing vDou

the easiest way to fix it is by removing ur config and userconfig if u got it.
and if u want to keep everything u got to remove it by hand

since some servers are changing ur settings even while u don,t notice it, most of the time it are no big changes but some servers just screw ur whole config.

when u start cs it will make a new config (when its missing one)
and look up ur config in ur cstrike and right click it then u can see a square
and select read only (this will prevent servers to change ur settings permanent)
