I've got two questions: why we can't use downloaded skins and talk via steam chat? and if I do it, how can you know?

I can't know if you have custom skins but on lans etc it's not allowed. But this isn't something official so as long it doesn't give u any advantage you can use it. And using steamchat will be obvious if you chat through the game where u make a stop for 10 sec to send a message back. U can't do this to prevent ghosting etc.

The ventrilo channels are made and they are with password.
Xazor will just throw them in to it and nobody else can join.

and guys, I don't think you should have so much critic on Sultan, at least he's trying to organize something... So don't criticize so much or else do it by yourself. I think its good sultan started it, because so many people wanted to do it but no1 did.

3 hours before the match u hear u have to play
7 minutes for time u hear what map

if other team wants it to can we do a rematch
with map+time set ?

if not it was a gg think we prestige better if we knew what was comming
