That's barely enough for a kick, I'd say..
Next time, gather more and more screenshots of him breaking the rules, and then make a ban request.

Why would swearing with cancer be worse than swearing at all towards someone?
I can't see any difference in these sentences:
"You cancer boy", "You dick boy", "You retard boy", "You fuck boy".
It's all the same to me.
That's why I don't think it should be treated any different than if he was saying any other word instead of cancer.
EDIT: And as far as I know the word "kanker - cancer" is a common swearing word in Netherlands, the same as the word "fuck" is in US.

Especially if you know someone who died from it..

Re: [Accepted] Bad language in Dutch.
Lumin, there is a GIANT differance between swearing with meaningless words like fuck and dick, and swearing with a disease that kills countless people every day..
Even if it is commonly used, it doesn't make it any less bad, as just because theres alot of scum around using such vocabulary, it doesn't make the word acceptable. There is plenty of people in Holland, by far the majority, that is perfectly capable of living their lives without abusing deadly diseases.

Such things as : He will get a strike, good job or any kind or crap is not allowed.
It's only allowed to add certain proof to the topic to backup the ban report.
Things as : I saw him venting/freekilling to whitout proof is also not allowed.
