but when he doesnt i really whant to tell an admin about it but i dont see an admin usually so i just have to suck it up
and i hate it to suck it up

There are a few topics that shows how to request an bann, look at those topics
and make some, you dont HAVE too, but its just to get more known on forums

also, just visit spam or lounge area, and share some stuff or something
