Need some help with something...

As you guys know, my computer is recently formated and I'm trying to keep it clean and organizated.
I've been looking for a way to protect my folders with a key but I just found softwares to encryp them but I don't know who it works... I wonder if you know any easy way to add passwords in your computer, do you? It would help me.

TrueCrypt is a good program if you want to encrypt a file, map or partition on your computer, it should still be free to and its easy to use

I didn't think about it... it sounds great! I will try TrueCryper for the computer and I'm gonna compress private things on USBs. If TrueCrypter seems hard to me, I may use your method aswell.

I preffer to keep it private. However, I am the only who uses my computer but just in case.

If you do this then accessing the files inside will (depending on the size of the files) take a while to execute, which is a pretty big con if you ask me.
Plus, putting in entire folders takes a pretty long time.

Do you suggest anything else than TrueCrypter or Winrar? Because more suggestions I get, better.
