Facts noticed :Also while he did this rule breaking ruening ppls base lauthing whit his mate replying i got 11 steam accs even if you report me i come back with another name and you wont know its me. (smile whas in aswell but becous of data base down he had no powers)

I banned him about an hour ago (for a different case though, I wasn't there when raz was)
